How do I clean my Earthware?

It’s nice to know that you’re cleaning your bottles! To keep your reusable water bottles last a long time and keep the water fresh, we recommend the following cleaning routine:

- Simply wash your bottles with warm, soapy water. A brush can help reach those hard-to-get spots, especially in small reusable drink bottles.

- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges because they are not friendly to eco-friendly water bottles. They can damage the bottle’s material and shorten its lifespan. 

- Always check the care guide included with your specific Earthware model.

Proper cleaning will guarantee that your sustainable bottled water buddy stays fresh and safe for years.

Do your reusable bottles leak?

It might leak if you do not close the lid properly. But if we’re talking about secure lids, our reusable water bottles are designed to be leak-proof. So, you can rest assured your bag and belongings stay dry. 

We also recommend double-checking if the lid is securely fastened before throwing your bottle inside your bag.

How long do Earthware keep drinks hot or cold?

This depends on the bottle that you have purchased. If you have insulated stainless steel bottles, your drinks can stay hot for up to 12 hours. It can also keep it icy cold for up to 24 hours; it’s like your own refillable “water cooler” bottle. For the non-insulated bottles, it will maintain your drink’s ambient temperature.
